Do I have to pay anything upfront?
How much is the service fee for claiming my German pension refund?
Our standard service fee is 9.75% of your refunded amount.
To keep things fair and transparent for everyone, we also offer a Maximum Fee Guarantee —
you will never pay more than €2,500, even if your refund is very large.
If your refund is €30,000, your fee is capped at €2,500, not €2,925
This includes all VAT and legal costs.
How do I pay the service fee?
You don’t need to make any manual payment. The fee is automatically deducted from your refund once it is received in the German law firm’s escrow account. The balance is then transferred to your bank account.
Is the refund sent directly to me?
Yes. After the refund is received in the provided escrow account, it is securely transferred to your preferred bank account in your local currency — no German account required. Transfers to accounts outside Germany may carry transfer or currency-exchange costs — we route payouts through regulated providers to keep these low.
What happens if I don’t qualify or my claim is rejected?
You pay nothing. If we are unable to secure your refund, there is no fee. That’s our No Refund – No Fee guarantee.
